Derik has over 35 years of experience in the industry joining MDS Architecture in 1992, beginning his career under the mentorship of Graeme Smith. Over more than three decades, he has grown into the role of Senior Associate, contributing extensively to the firm’s reputation for excellence in design and construction. Derik has been instrumental in the completion of many successful large scale shopping malls, office buildings, casino’s, hotels and mixed-use developments throughout his MDS career.
