Phuthaditjhaba, Free State

Maluti Crescent in Phuthaditjaba is an existing mall which was doubled, creating anew node while transforming its layout from a strip centre overlooking a parking lot into an enclosed shopping mall with two levels of parking. In a South African first for a regional shopping centre, local informal traders have been integrated into the scheme.
