Mlimani Hotel
Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Design in progress A new 200 room business hotel designed as part of the Mlimani City masterplan that would be linked to the conference centre. The hotel was designed to link to the new botanical gardens that are going to be created as part of the revitalisation of the University of Dar Es Salaams unused parcels of land.
