Design in progress Situated in a conservation area as the street on which Charles Dickens lived in London, UK, the design of the Rochester Hotel required sensitivity and careful consideration. Coronation Street is located at the edge of the conservation area and meets the demand for a 140 bedroom hotel. Retail space has also been added for greater financial viability.
